What is Bowen Therapy?

Bowen Therapy (or Bowen Technique), named after Australian Tom Bowen (1916–1982), is a non-invasive, all embracing modality that affects every cell and every system in the body restoring movement and function.

Bowen Therapy utilizes subtle ‘moves’ that restore communication between the body and brain via the fascia to the Central Nervous System (CNS). This restored communication stimulates the body to heal itself, often with profound results.
